Welcome to The Nurture Spot. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

The Nurture Spot provides attachment-based pediatric sleep support for families from the prenatal period through age 4. Our services are guided by Heather Ledgerwood, Pediatric Sleep Specialist, and are rooted in Baby-Led Sleep methodology. We do not practice or recommend sleep training, cry-it-out, extinction, or Ferber methods.

Our current offerings include:

• Ember ($197) — Newborn support for mothers in the prenatal period through 3 months postpartum
• Fireside ($450) — A focused 2-week journey into family sleep priorities for families with babies 4 months and older
• Lantern ($1,350) — A 6-week portal encompassing infant sleep and maternal well-being
• Hearth ($2,700) — A 12-week portal offering comprehensive support including sleep, maternal and infant nourishment, nervous system awareness, and family bond strengthening

Optional add-ons may be available depending on your package:

• Maternal Nourishment ($190) — Additional support for maternal well-being and postpartum recovery
• Infant & Toddler Nourishment ($190) — Guidance on the connection between nutrition and sleep

We also offer in-person classes and group programs at select locations in the Phoenix metro area. Class availability, pricing, and schedules may vary.

The Kindling Call

The Kindling Call is a complimentary discovery call designed to help you determine which support offering is the right fit for your family. This call is free and carries no obligation to purchase. Scheduling a Kindling Call does not constitute a purchase or commitment to services.

Not Medical Advice

Important: Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice. We are not licensed medical professionals. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns about your child's sleep or health. If you suspect your child has a medical condition affecting sleep (such as sleep apnea, reflux, or other conditions), please seek appropriate medical care.

Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Buy now, pay later options (such as Klarna or Affirm) may be available at checkout for eligible purchases, subject to the provider's terms and approval process
• Due to the personalized nature of our services, all packages, add-ons, and digital products are generally non-refundable once your support period has begun
• If you need to cancel before your initial session, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase
• Add-ons purchased alongside a package follow the same refund policy as the package they are attached to
• We want you to feel supported. Please reach out if you have concerns

Support Period & Scheduling

Each package includes a defined support period during which you have access to sessions, check-ins, and ongoing support:

• Ember: One-time newborn support session
• Fireside: 2-week support window
• Lantern: 6-week support window
• Hearth: 12-week support window

• All sessions included in your package must be scheduled before the end of your support period.
• Unused sessions after your support period expires are forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.
• It is your responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner within your support window.
• We recommend scheduling check-in sessions early to ensure availability.
• If you need to reschedule your initial consultation, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
• For sessions during an established journey, please provide at least 12 hours notice for rescheduling.

In-Person Classes & Group Programs

The Nurture Spot may offer in-person classes and group programs at third-party venues. The following terms apply:

• Class registration and payment must be completed before attending
• Class sizes may be limited. Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
• If you need to cancel a class registration, please provide at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable
• The Nurture Spot is not responsible for the facilities, safety, or policies of third-party venues where classes are held
• In-person classes are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice
• By attending in-person events, you assume any inherent risks associated with participation

Your Responsibilities

To get the best results from our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your child and family situation
• Engage with the sleep support plan consistently as discussed
• Communicate openly about any challenges or concerns
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide appropriate notice for rescheduling (48 hours for initial consultation, 12 hours for established journey sessions)
• Schedule all sessions within your support period timeframe

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by The Nurture Spot—including sleep support plans, guides, educational materials, class curricula, and digital products—are protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your personal, family use only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not share your family's information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service and support, we cannot guarantee specific sleep outcomes as every child and family is unique. The Nurture Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, attendance at in-person events, or reliance on any materials provided.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
