Questions you might have
Wondering if this approach is right for your family? Here are the most common questions I hear.
Absolutely. Cry-it-out methods rely on leaving your baby alone to "self-soothe." My approach never asks you to ignore your baby's cries. Instead, we work WITH your baby's natural biology and attachment needs, gradually building independent sleep skills while you remain a responsive, supportive presence.
I work with families with children ages 4 months through 4 years. Each developmental stage brings unique challenges and opportunities, and I customize my support accordingly. If you have a newborn under 4 months, I'm happy to chat about setting up healthy foundations—just book a free discovery call.
Most families see meaningful improvement within 1-2 weeks, with continued progress over 2-3 weeks. Some notice changes within days! The timeline depends on your baby's temperament, current sleep situation, and how consistently you can implement the plan. I'll give you realistic expectations during our discovery call.
Yes! As a certified child nutritionist, I'm passionate about protecting breastfeeding relationships. I never push early weaning. We can absolutely improve sleep while maintaining night feeds as long as you and baby need them. Your feeding journey is respected and protected.
This is more common than you'd think! I include both partners in the process when possible and can help you communicate the approach in a way that resonates. Consistency helps, but we can work with your family's unique dynamics.
