How is this different from cry-it-out methods?
I never use or recommend cry-it-out approaches. My methods are rooted in attachment theory and responsive parenting. We work with your child's temperament and your family's values to create gentle, sustainable changes.
What ages do you work with?
I work with families with children ages 4 months through 4 years. Each age has unique sleep needs, and I tailor my approach accordingly. If you have a newborn under 4 months, reach out—I'm happy to chat about what support might look like.
Which package is right for me?
If you're looking for guidance and feel confident implementing on your own, Rest & Recharge is a great fit. If you want more hands-on support and real-time access via Voxer, Sweet Dreams is our most popular choice. For complex situations or families who want the highest level of support with the longest runway, Sleep Transformation offers the most comprehensive experience.
What if I need more support after my package ends?
You can add an extra week of support for $397 to any package. Sleep Transformation clients also have the 90-Day Promise—if you experience a regression within 90 days, you get a free 30-minute support call.
Can my partner join the calls?
Absolutely! Partners are welcome on any and all calls. Having everyone on the same page makes implementation so much smoother.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life with little ones is unpredictable! You can reschedule calls with 24 hours notice. Just note that all calls must be scheduled before your support period ends.
