Doors open Tuesday, October 6

For the mother who knows she deserves rest and won't look to separation for the answer.

Encircled is an 8-week virtual gathering of mothers. We sift through what is biologically normal about infant sleep and where rest still lives inside it. Real answers, real support, and the village you have been missing.

Be first through the door.

Heather Ledgerwood, Integrative Infant Sleep and Well-being Practitioner

Dear mama,

Everyone told me I would never sleep again, but they didn't actually prepare me for what that meant. The bone aches and muscle-deep exhaustion, reheating your coffee for the third time, and walking out of the house in your slippers because you forgot to take care of yourself with everything else going on.

The thing is, no one meant to hurt me or keep me in the dark about motherhood. Our society has turned away from the mother in favor of the dollar, and it really shows.

Care deserves to be in the hands of every mama out there.

So I'm holding the room I needed back then: a circle of mothers, once a week, where we sift through what is biologically normal about infant sleep and where rest still lives inside it. No separation. No shame. Just real answers, real support, and the village you have been missing.

Bring your coffee. Littles are always welcome.

With love, Heather

Is this circle for me?

A circle for the mother in the fog, not the mother on the schedule.

Encircled is for you if…

  • You know you deserve rest, and you won't look to separation for the answer.
  • You're in your third trimester or somewhere in the first 18 months, and you're somewhere in the fog.
  • You're done doing this alone at 3 AM with a search bar for company.
  • You want the real science and a real village in the same room.
  • You can hold one hour on Tuesday mornings, baby on your lap, camera on or off.

It may not be the right fit if…

  • You want a method that is a "quick fix."
  • You want a recording to watch later. Nothing in the circle is recorded; that's what makes it safe to speak.
  • Your little one is past 18 months. A Kindling Call is a better path for you.

How a circle works

Eight Tuesdays. One hour. The same faces every week.

When

Tuesdays, November 10 to December 29, 2026, at 10 AM Pacific. About an hour, and the circle may run a little long when the conversation is good.

Who

What stays here

Questions

Questions you might have

Can I bring my baby?

Please do. Babies are always welcome, on your lap, at the breast, or asleep on your chest. Nobody in this circle minds a cry mid-sentence.

Is it recorded? What if I miss a week?

Nothing is recorded. That's on purpose: it's what makes the circle safe enough to say the real thing. If you miss a week, you're still in the circle. Come back the next Tuesday and bring your questions.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Camera on, camera off, or somewhere in between on the hard days. You belong in the circle either way.

Is this really different from cry-it-out?

Absolutely. Cry-it-out methods rely on leaving your baby alone to "self-soothe." My approach never asks you to ignore your baby's cries. Instead, we work WITH your baby's natural biology and attachment needs, gradually building independent sleep skills while you remain a responsive, supportive presence.

When do doors close?

Monday, November 9, the day before the first circle. After that, the waitlist is the path for next season.

Does my $47 really count toward 1:1 support?

It does. Book a Candlelight Chat or Fireside by January 12 and your Encircled seat comes off the price.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a welcome email with what happens next, and a calendar invite with the Meet link for every Tuesday. Nothing else to set up.

Scheduling and cancellation details are in the Terms of Service.

When the mother heals, her baby thrives.

Eight Tuesdays. A circle of mothers. Rest that doesn't ask you to pull away.
